You cannot go to Catalina Island off the Southern Coast of California without stopping and having a Buffalo Milk.
- half shot of creme de cocoa (dark or light)
- half shot of Kailua
- half shot creme de banana
- one shot of vodka
- Some half and half
- Whipped cream
- Nutmeg
- Fill a blender with all ingredients and ice.
- Blend.
- Pour into glass.
- Top with whip cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- To make it a “buffalo bowl,” add a floater (about a half shot) of #Patron cafe
